The head of household or co-head of household must be 62 years of age or older. If you or another member of your household meets the age requirement, we invite you to apply.
Section 8 Voucher
Approved applicants receive a NYCHA Section 8 project-based voucher.
Rent at 30%
Tenant rent portion is based on 30% of adjusted gross income. Minimum income does not apply.
